Environmental Insurance Unit Now Offers Workers Comp
Our environmental unit has workers comp coverage for Environmental MGA insureds with an A.M Best "A" rated carrier.
Coverage is available on a monoline basis upon policy renewal or inception for insureds with a pollution liability policy with ASIMGA.com. States where the program is currently available include: AK, AR, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA and WI.
All submissions should include a completed ACCORD application, three to four years of currently valued loss information, current experience mod, a narrative of operations and a copy of your GL,CGL or PL policy dec page. Please allow a minimum of 30 days of lead time prior to the desired effective date.
